The level of symbiotic mutualism plays a very important role and interacts in a community life, The Right Information to the Right People At The Right Time in the Village is crucial in determining the direction of village development, the spirit of self-reliance in the economy and the superiority of the villages products through innovative steps and application of information technology devices; increasing the educational superiority of its citizens; empowerment of adjusted expertise oriented to goals and strategies. Creating an innovative village can be reflected in villages whose citizens have the ability to recognize and overcome problems properly and correctly in order to improve the economy, education, health and welfare by paying attention to the environment with independence and renewal.
